Sprague Pest Solutions, Tacoma, Wash., announced that Leila Haas, the firm’s director of human resources, was recently honored by (Tacoma) Business Examiner in its ‘40 Under Forty’ program that recognizes outstanding business and community leaders under the age of 40 in the southern Puget Sound region. SenesTech, the developer of ContraPest, announced the appointment of Joe Malinowski as vice president of sales. Malinowski has more than 30 years of experience in the pest control industry.

Syngenta has enhanced its Professional Pest Management (PPM) team to include new marketing, sales and technical managers. As territory sales manager for the newly added Mountain West territory, John Chaney will assist customers with their pest management needs in the western U.S. Eric Paysen, Ph.D., has been named technical services manager and will be responsible for providing technical support for customers in an 18-state territory in the western U.S. Marshall Gaster joins the PPM marketing team as the new market manager in Greensboro, N.C. He has extensive experience supporting commercial and marketing activities across Syngenta, and will be able to contribute strategic insights that will help bring beneficial tools and pest control solutions to the market, the company says.

Massey Services, Orlando, hired Sid Funk as senior director of business development. In his new role, Funk will be involved in all facets of business development, including new construction, acquisitions, partnerships and alliances.

Joe Sheffield was promoted to vice president of Inspect-All Services, Conyers, Ga. He previously served as the company’s director of pest sales.

Central Life Sciences announced the promotion of Tracy L. Harris III to vice president of sales for its professional brands. In his expanded role, Harris will oversee the sales leadership responsibilities for the professional pest management, vector, livestock, farm and feed, grain storage and processing, turf and ornamental, and horticulture segments.
