Control Solutions (CSI), Pasadena, Texas, promoted Heather Erskine to technical service manager. Erskine joined CSI in 2017 as project manager on the product development team. She will work with university researchers and industry cooperators to test products and build data packages for new projects in development.
Orlando-based Massey Services announced two operational changes in its Florida markets. Frank Oliva was promoted to regional manager of the West Florida region, which covers Tampa and surrounding areas. Ronnie Rachels was transferred from the West Florida region to Massey’s largest region, South Central, which covers several markets, including Orlando. Both have been with the company for over 10 years. In other news at the firm, Darlene Williams was promoted to the role of regional vice president. A 25-year veteran of the industry, Williams will oversee the company’s East Florida, North Central, South Central, Midwest and West regions.
Wes Otani was named national sales leader for the Douglas Products Pest Management Division in North America. He will manage a sales team of nine to provide sales and support for customers using Vikane and ProFume gas fumigants.
Rose Pest Solutions, Northfield, Ill., announced that Karl Bair, former sales professional at Rose Pest Solutions’ sister company, Franklin Pest Solutions, Michigan City, Ind., was promoted to director of sales.
Peter Mitchell was appointed general manager of Verizon Connect, Basking Ridge, N.J., one of the world’s largest software-as-a-service-based fleet management providers. Mitchell expands his role as the company’s chief technology officer.
Truly Nolen Pest Control announced the promotion of Neal Killian to manager of the company’s Port St. Lucie, Fla., service office. Killian joined Truly Nolen in July 2020 as a manager-in-training with 10 years of experience in the restaurant industry.
Sprague Pest Solutions, Tacoma, Wash., announced the expansion of its technical services team. Stepping into the three new regional entomologist positions are Ashley Roden, B.C.E.; Bobbie Orr, B.C.E.; and Dr. Richard Houseman. Recently retired Sprague Technical Director Jeff Weier, B.C.E., will serve as a consultant to the technical services team.
NaturZone Pest Control, Sarasota, Fla., recently added two new management roles, promoting Andrew Longfellow to managing partner and shareholder and Eric Treece to service manager. Longfellow, who has been with the company since 2014, will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations and working on strategic vision. Treece joined the company as a service technician in 2017.
