VIDEO: 2017 Crown Leadership Awards

At PestWorld 2017, PCT and Syngenta took time to recognize five individuals chosen as 2017 Crown Leadership Award winners during a special reception. Since 1989, the Crown Leadership Awards have been presented annually to pest management professionals, university educators, industry distributors and association officials who uphold the highest standards of industry ethics, while contributing their time and talent to a broad range of professional and civic organizations. The 2017 honorees were: Juan Angulo, Jr., Superior Angran, San Juan, Puerto Rico; Stuart Aust, Bug Doctor/Anticimex, Paramus, N.J.; Wayne Golden, Rollins, Inc., Atlanta, Ga.; John Myers, Rentokil Steritech, Wyomissing, Pa.; and Dr. Nan-Yao Su, University of Florida, IFAS, Davie, Fla. Online Label Training Modules for Trelona ATBS and Selontra Rodent Bait Now Live

PCT announced the addition of the following label training modules from BASF: Trelona ATBS Annual Bait Stations and Selontra Rodent Bait. Access the new modules from PCT’s Distance Learning Center or via Univar’s online ProTraining platform. Created by Board Certified Entomologist and consultant Stoy Hedges, the courses use photographs, video clips and reference materials to challenge users’ knowledge, experience and problem-solving skills for a wide range of products and pest problems. Accessible by PC, tablet or smartphone, the training is presented in modules designed to take a half-hour to an hour to complete. Get started.
