Columbus, Ga.-based Knox Pest Control announced the acquisition of Hope Pest Solutions, a full-service company specializing in residential and commercial pest and termite control located in Jonesboro, Ga. “We are very happy to welcome the customers of Hope Pest Solutions to our family,” said Sean Knox, co-president of Knox Pest Control. “Hope Pest Solutions’ commitment to the community and passion for customer service made them a wonderful fit for Knox. This acquisition is a result of our ongoing efforts to expand and align ourselves with other high quality, professional pest control companies.”

Arrow Exterminators recently acquired Econo Termite & Pest Control of Englewood, Fla.
