Skyline Pest Solutions, Atlanta, a wholly owned subsidiary of Environmental Pest Service, announced the acquisition of Atlanta-based People’s Pest Control. The acquisition expands Skyline’s presence in the Atlanta market and improves the company’s ability to provide services to homeowners in the greater Atlanta area.
Clements Pest Control acquired Douglas Horticulture, a lawn and ornamental pest control company based in the West Palm Beach, Fla., area. Douglas Horticulture was founded in 2012 by Austin Douglas. The entire Douglas team joined Clements.
Plunkett’s Pest Control, Fridley, Minn., announced its acquisition of Bugeaters Pest Control, based in Lincoln, Neb. Owner Nate Godwin started Bugeaters eight years ago after working with Orkin for several years.
Gregory Pest Solutions announced the acquisition of The Guardian Pest Control based in Cartersville, Ga. Chairman and CEO Phil Gregory said, “We are thrilled to be working with Kathy and Dale Yarbrough and their impressive company. We are very proud to have our Gregory family join theirs as we continue to provide and maintain the same level of service that their clients are accustomed to.”
