Rollins announced the purchase of its first two Critter Control franchises: Patrick Wildlife Service, doing business as Critter Control of Phoenix, and DWL Services of CCSD, doing business as Critter Control of San Diego and Critter Control of Orange County. In addition, the company has converted its existing Trutech operations in Phoenix and Tucson, Ariz., and Las Vegas, to operate as Critter Control.
Truly Nolen Pest Control opened its first Ocean County, N.J., location. The franchise, which is the fourth New Jersey location for Truly Nolen, is co-owned by Jose Machota and his stepson Steve Mora. Machota will handle day-to-day operations for the branch. Mora already owns Truly Nolen’s franchise in Holmdel, N.J.
NaturZone Pest Control, Sarasota, Fla., has been selected for the seventh consecutive time as winner of the Best of Tampa Bay Award in the Pest Control Services category. With three locations, Quality Pest Services will provide sub-contract fumigation services to pest control companies in the Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, Santa Barbara and Ventura County markets. As a past president of the Pest Control Operators of California, past board member of the National Pest Management Association, and current chair of both the PCOC Insurance Program and the NPMA Public Policy Committee, Whitmore brings more than 17 years of fumigation expertise to the business.
Masters Touch Pest Solutions, Downingtown, Pa., relaunched a new and improved website: www.masterstouchpestsolutions.com. In fall 2015, Go-Forth Pest & Lawn purchased Elium Exterminating of Salisbury, N.C. The acquisition expands Go-Forth’s services to all areas between the Piedmont Triad and its Lake Norman branch. Go-Forth Pest & Lawn was established in High Point, N.C., in 1959, and now has eight branches. The company remains a family-owned business and is on its third-generation owner.
Certified Termite and Pest Control, a pest management firm located in Dallas that serves Dallas, Houston, San Antonio and Austin, relaunched a new and improved website at www.certifiedtpc.com.
