The company is working to stem COVID-19 with Pro-Clean Disinfectant and Sanitization service for homes and businesses. The treatment combines a variety of application methods to reduce the number of bacteria and viruses from the common cold, coronavirus, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, influenza A, H1N1 virus and more.
Turner Pest Control, Jacksonville, Fla., an Anticimex company providing pest control services in Florida and South Georgia, acquired Impact Pest Elimination, Tarpon Springs, Fla., and Orlando-based Pro-Staff Termite & Pest Control. Impact has been locally owned and operated by founders Frank and Cynthia Miller for more than 36 years. Paul Giannamore and Franco Villanueva-Meyer of The Potomac Company represented and acted as exclusive financial advisers to Impact in the transaction. Pro-Staff Termite & Pest Control, owned by Bob and Elizabeth Welch, has provided termite, pest control, lawn care, irrigation and wildlife control services since 1995.
Two new Orkin commercial branches opened in Naples and Jacksonville, Fla. The expanded branches opened to accommodate the company’s growing team and offer commercial-specific services to businesses throughout each local market, the company said. “As the demand for quality commercial pest control services in these markets continues to grow, so does our team,” said Region Manager Greg Saladino.
