The Aust Group announced that its client, Pest Solutions, Beaverton, Ore., was acquired by Terminix. Eric Ufer founded Pest Solutions in 2011 after seeing the need for quality and dependable pest control services as a rental property owner. The company adopted the slogan “Green As Can Be” to emphasize its eco-friendly approach. The Aust Group represented Pest Solutions as the exclusive financial adviser on the transaction.
Seattle-based Certus continued its expansion in California with the acquisition of Bug Guys Pest Control, Coachella Valley, Calif. Bug Guys was founded in 2001 by Tracy Judnich. “In looking to move onto the next chapter in my life, I wanted to make certain that our outstanding customer service and employee focus would be upheld,” Judnich said. “Certus gives me the confidence to retire knowing that our standards will continue to be delivered to both customers and employees.” Paul Giannamore and Franco Villanueva-Meyer of The Potomac Company represented and acted as exclusive financial advisers to Bug Guys in this transaction.

Rollins was named a 2021 Top Workplace by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution for the fifth consecutive year. The list recognizes 175 small, medium and large companies out of 3,035 in metro Atlanta that have high employee satisfaction. It is based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey. Atlanta-based Arrow Exterminators announced the merger and acquisition of Tomasello, West Palm Beach, Fla. This merger enables Arrow to service more residential and commercial customers along the coast from Jupiter to Boynton Beach. Tomasello was founded in 1928 by Rudolph and Blanche Tomasello and later owned by their daughter, Regina Tomasello Doll. Current President Charles Doll took over in 1997.
