A Q&A With QA Magazine

In January, we caught up with Steven A. Sklare to talk about the book he co-edited: “Food Fraud,” subtitled “A Global Threat with Public Health and Economic Consequences.” The book is a must read for anyone in the food industry, providing 19 chapters of well-organized, relevant content on food fraud, its history, consequences and more. Sklare gave us his thoughts on why it was important to release the book, why there’s a lack of knowledge of food fraud, how COVID-19 impacts the issue and the differences between fraud and food safety.
