DES MOINES, Iowa – Miller Pest & Termite announced the addition of Dustin Emerson as the company's new external operations manager. With more than 15 years of experience in the pest control industry, Emerson joins Miller Pest & Termite from Springer Professional Home Services, where he developed a reputation for effective leadership and operational excellence.
In his role as external operations manager, Emerson will be responsible for overseeing branch operations across Iowa, Nebraska, Missouri and Kansas. He will be instrumental in supporting each branch’s growth and development, focusing on customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and leadership training within field teams.
