NaturZone Pest Control Announces Series of Promotions

SARASOTA, Fla. - NaturZone Pest Control announced a major investment in people and series of promotions to support company growth.

“Our team's successful execution of NaturZone's vision to provide world-class customer service to our clients within the Southwest region of Florida is evidenced by our client retention rate of greater than 95% in 2018-2024, while maintaining record-breaking growth in our portfolio of clients,” said Andrew Longfellow, president of NaturZone Pest Control. “The team's success has afforded us the opportunity to invest heavily in additional support roles for service, admin, and sales in 2025 to ensure our clients are getting the world-class service they've come to expect as we continue to grow.”

Longfellow announced the following promotions:

Aly Herbst, vice president of admin support. Herbst has been administrative manager at NaturZone since 2018. With over 17 years of experience in the industry she has been integral in supporting NaturZone grow from 20 employees in 2018 to 58 today.

Sean Cleary, vice president of operations. Cleary has been responsible for NaturZone’s service department since 2018. During that time he has overseen a client retention rate of 95% or greater. He holds a B.A. in marketing from Warner University. He started in 2012 and worked as a technician for 6 years and a service manager for 3 years. 

Sara Fus, business analyst. Fus has been promoted to the new role of business analyst at NaturZone. Fus will be utilizing her knack for data analysis, forecasting, planning and improving operational efficiency in the new role. 

Joe Lacross, service manager. Lacross joined NaturZone team in 2022, initially as a technician and was promoted to quality assurance auditor in 2023. After proving himself in the new role, he is being promoted to service manager for the greater Sarasota area. 

Kevin Byrne, sales consultant. Byrne has excelled in his role as pest control technician for NaturZone in the Longboat Key area since 2018. He has consistently been among the top sales for technicians over the last seven years. He has been promoted to sales consultant.
