Early bird registration is open for the 129th AFDO Annual Educational Conference, scheduled for June 21-25 in Dallas, Texas.
The Association of Food and Drug Officials (AFDO) conference partners with regional AFDO affiliates to present this learning experience in a different geographic area annually. For five days each June, the AFDO AEC becomes the center of the food safety world for professionals from government, states, academia, consumer groups and manufacturing.
Dozens of national and international experts will speak on more than 40 topics in food manufacturing, food retail, produce, cannabis and body art. The conference features a special first-time attendees session to help newcomers make the most of the event.
AFDO also hosts pre-conference workshops and training opportunities on a broad number of topics adjacent to the annual conference.
