TUCSON, Ariz. – Truly Nolen Pest Control recently announced the promotion of Ed Baker to business manager for the company’s Commercial Division in Florida, Charles Jentzen to manager of the company’s West Broward, Fla., service office and Rossani Nelson to Resource Specialist for Central Florida.
Baker joined Truly Nolen in December 2016 as a manager-in-training and was promoted to Broward/ Palm Beach Counties (Fla.) Commercial Service Officer Manager in June 2017.
Prior to joining the company, he was with Ecolab Pest Elimination as the district manager for New England and Miami for 10 years and has nearly 30 years of pest control experience in his career. Baker is a graduate of the U.S. Army Military Police Academy and served four years as a military police officer.
“I am most excited about the strategic impact that my new role will have on our division because it will allow me to shape the big picture and make decisions that drive long-term success,” said Baker. “My favorite thing about working for Truly Nolen is that the company fosters personal growth, encourages collaboration, sets a clear vision, and creates an environment where everyone feels heard, valued and empowered to share ideas.”
Jentzen joined Truly Nolen in January 2024 as a manager-in-training. Prior to joining the company, he worked at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City for five years.
Some of Jentzen’s new responsibilities will include helping the service office gain more visibility with the local West Broward community as well as instilling the company’s core values throughout his team.
Nelson joined Truly Nolen in 2013 as a renewal inspector and has held multiple positions over the past 11 years. Prior to joining the company, he worked for the Jamaica Telephone Company for 31 years.
Some of Nelson’s new responsibilities will include working with new and existing team members to ensure high level execution and adherence to company service protocols, handling service office technical audits, and working with the operations managers to troubleshoot challenging pest issues.
“Rossani’s ability to work in concert with others, maintain consistency in service standards, and provide customers with top-flight service made him a natural choice for his new position,” said Neal Killian, area manager, Central Florida. “I look forward to his continued success, and I am glad he is a member of our team.”
