Thousands More Laid Off at FDA, CDC in HHS Restructuring
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services announced it will cut about 10,000 full-time employees in accordance with an executive order from President Donald Trump, including 3,500 workers at the FDA and 2,400 at the CDC.
